Today, 7 December was declared a rest day. The forecast was for a late storm front to cross the area and the task window was limited. This proved to be a good decision although the afternoon sky looked incredible, filled with booming cumulus and wave formations. But the storm front is traversing the area as I write.
So today I took the opportunity to talk to the two Australian Club Class pilots, James Nugent and Daniel Summers who have perfomed very well with Jame at the top of the Club Class table after Race 4.
